Refund policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the last item in your order.

How to Request a Return

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your return request to us. The deadline is met if you send back the items before the 14-day period has elapsed.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the items to us, unless otherwise stated or if the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

Refunds & Processing Time

We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Your refund will include the full price paid for the items as well as the cost of standard outbound shipping. Please note that supplementary costs resulting from choosing a non-standard, express, or premium delivery option at checkout are non-refundable.
